MCW Anti-Money Laundering Policy
MCW platform is committed to providing a safe and transparent environment for all our users. As a globally recognized platform operating under an international Curacao license, we strictly adhere to fair play principles and legal compliance. Preventing financial fraud, including money laundering, is one of our top priorities. To ensure a secure gambling experience, we actively enforce anti-money laundering measures and comply with the regulations of every country where our services are offered.
Objective of the Policy
MCW is fully committed to preventing money laundering and combating terrorism financing to minimize regulatory, legal, and reputational risks. Our robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program incorporates strict “Know Your Customer” (KYC) procedures. MCW strives to protect its operations and reputation from threats posed by illicit activities and stays updated with both national and international anti-money laundering initiatives.
Obligations
- To comply with AML regulations, MCW follows key protocols:
- A senior officer acts as the designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to oversee and enforce AML policies;
- During registration, users undergo thorough due diligence, including submitting valid photo identification (such as a national ID card, driver’s license, or passport) and recent utility bills or bank statements;
- MCW securely maintains a comprehensive database of registered users and transaction records, as required by law;
- Relevant staff receive regular training on AML procedures, ensuring they understand their responsibilities in identifying and reporting suspicious activities;
- All large or complex transactions undergo thorough background checks to detect potential money laundering or terrorism financing links;
- Any suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities, and MCW cooperates fully with law enforcement to prevent criminal activity.
- Additional Measures:
- Each user must verify their identity, and only one account per person is allowed; Multi-accounting and anonymous registrations are prohibited;
- MCW accepts only electronic payments and does not handle cash transactions; Winnings and refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible;
- Users must be at least 18 years old and reside in jurisdictions deemed reputable;
- Providing false information leads to immediate account cancellation, and further registrations from such users are rejected;
- These measures ensure MCW remains compliant with global AML standards, fostering a secure and transparent platform for all users.
